Snenokle are a favorite sweet dessert that Croatians prepare at home. In fact, it is a yellow thick liquid made of egg yolks, flour and sugar, on which float “white clouds” made of egg whites. Snenokle are usually prepared on Sundays or on the occasion of some festive occasion and kept in the refrigerator.
